The most famous street-food for currywurst and Kebap in Berlin are just in the corner (Curry 36 and Mustafa´s Gemüse Kebap). The Berliners well-known “York Cinema” is just next door. The famous sightseeing of “Checkpoint Charlie” and also the Berlin Wall & the Museum „Thopographie des Terrors“ is just 2 stops away with the metro. You can also walk to these famous sights that are just 2km away. From there you can also reach in walking distance “Potsdamer Platz” where you can find the new Mall of Berlin and also the famous building of Sony-Center. There you can find a cinema, cafés and restaurants. Not far from “Potsdamer Platz” you can find the famous “Brandenburg Gates” and “Holocaust Memorial”. •        Die Wohnung befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, beachten Sie, dass laudige Geräusche Nachbarn stören könnten. Ich bitte meine Gäste, diese ruhige Atmosphäre besonders nach 21:00 Uhr / 21:00 Uhr zu beachten.

•          Das Herunterladen und / oder Streamen von Filmen, Musik oder

sonstigem ist nicht erlaubt (in Deutschland sind illegale Downloads oder Streaming verboten und werden mit hohen Geldstrafen geahndet). Der Mieter ist, für die Zahlung diesen Geldstrafen, verantwortlich.

•      Wir empfehlen dringend eine regelmäßige Reinigung und Wartung der Wohnung.

•        Am Ende Ihres Mietverhältnisses fällt eine Endreinigungsgebühr an. Wir berechnen eine regelmäßige Endreinigung (inkl. 3 Stunden): 75,00 €, jede weitere Stunde kostet 25,00 €, falls die Wohnung eine aufwändige Reinigung erfordert.
